Absentee Ballots

This may just be the most important Presidential Election of your time. Make sure you know all deadlines that you are supposed to meet so that your vote counts and your voice is heard. Nationwide the Voter's Registration deadline is Monday, October 6th, however the deadlines for sending in Absentee Ballots are different for every state.
First, make sure you are registered to vote, and then check your state's Voter's Registration website.

Off-Campus Living

The District of Columbia is promoting a new service for all off-campus students in the Metropolitan area. This program, overseen by the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs Commission, will allow students to vent, create a dialogue, and just talk about issues regarding the properties they are renting, as well as their landlords. The safety of our students has always been a priority here at Howard University, and now that priority is mirrored through the DC government.
